Thank you for choosing to use Gritify's digital recruitment service!
These Terms of Use (the Terms) regulate the use of Gritify AB's web-based recruitment service (the Service), available at the web address www.gritify.io, for persons who use the service for the purpose of changing jobs (the User).
The service is provided by the Swedish-registered company Gritify AB (Gritify) with company registration number 559205-9199.
User account & acceptance of terms
To use the Service, the User must register an account (Account). It is completely free of charge for the User to register an Account and use the Service.
When registering an Account, the User accepts the Terms. The terms apply from the registration of the Account until the User's Account on the Service is terminated, either by the User himself or by Gritify. Gritify reserves the right to change, limit or terminate the User's Account on the Service at any time, without notice, and with immediate effect.
Gritify may from time to time update the Terms. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Service via the User's Account. Changes to the Terms take effect immediately from the time they are published. In the event that Gritify deems the changes to be significant, Gritify undertakes to notify the User at least 30 days before the changes take effect via the email address that the User has registered on the Service. By continuing to use the Service after changes to the Terms have entered into force, the User agrees to the changes in the Terms. If the User does not agree to the changes in the Terms, the User must contact Gritify to have his Account deleted.
The Terms constitute the entire settlement between Gritify and the User with respect to all matters affecting the Terms.
Use of the Service
The User may only use the Service in accordance with the Terms and Gritify's instructions for use of the Service, and in accordance with applicable law. No content that is illegal, infringing or unethical or that can reasonably be feared to be used for such illegal, infringing or unethical purposes may be handled within the Service. The User may not use the Service in any way that may infringe on any copyright or other intellectual property rights of Gritify or any third party.
By registering an Account and using the Service, the User confirms that:
Use of the Service that violates the Terms is to be regarded as misuse of the Service. The user is obligated to reimburse Gritify for any costs that the abuse causes Gritify.
Personal data
In order to provide and adapt the Service to the User in accordance with these Terms, Gritify needs to process certain personal data. For more information about what personal data Gritify collects, for what purposes the personal data is processed, the legal basis for the processing, how long Gritify processes personal data and what rights the User has, please refer to Gritifys Privacy Policy .
Changes and updates to the Service
Gritify's service is constantly evolving. All new functionality and functions that are changed or updated on the Service are covered by the Terms.
In the event of changes and updates to the Service, Gritify reserves the right to restrict the User's access to the Service. The User is not entitled to compensation for limited access to the Service.
Responsibility
Gritify is not responsible for any User's use of the Service. Gritify is also not responsible for users who represent a company's (Company User) use of the Service.
Gritify only mediates contact between Users and Corporate Users and never assumes any employer liability or the like in relation to the User. Gritify is provided without any warranty that the User is suitable for the Business User's offer of services or access to services for the User.
The Service is provided as is and as it is available without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the Service's usefulness, functionality, accuracy, availability and security.
Applicable law
The terms shall be interpreted in accordance with and regulated by Swedish law. All disputes concerning the interpretation and application of the Terms and the User's use of the Service shall be settled in a Swedish general court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.

- The user has read and understood these Terms.
- The user is at least 18 years old.
- The User uses the Service in accordance with Gritify AB's current privacy policy.
- The User agrees that Gritify will contact the User via email for information related to the User's use of the Service.
- The User is responsible for all data that the User enters in the Service and that it is truthful, legal and correct.
- The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable and time-limited right to use the Service via his Account.
- The User may not dispose of the Service by e.g. (but not limited to) sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise allow third parties to, directly or indirectly, dispose of or otherwise use the Service.
- The User may not use, copy or transfer the Service, or parts of it, in any way other than as permitted by the Terms.
- The User may not change, develop or create additions to the Service.
- The User may not in any way attempt to change the source code of the Service, or create backups, in addition to what is required by mandatory legislation.
- The User may not handle the content of the Service in any way other than as stated in the Terms.
- The user may not take any action that creates an abnormally large load on the Service's infrastructure.
- The User may not take any action for the purpose of violating the Service's security arrangements.
