Expertise is a key element in creating meaningful growth in
this network, providing the best conditions for empowering our
colleagues and supporting business needs.
HR Communities of Expertise
The HR Communities of Expertise (CoEs) aim to create value from cross-functional perspectives within selected HR areas in close collaboration with global and local HR communities within H&M Group. In the CoEs, HR specialists will work together in inclusive, aligned, and agile ways to:

- Set strategies and roadmaps.
- Initiate and work proactively with digitalization within CoE scope.
- Gather and prioritize short- and long-term needs.
- Identify best practices, provide support and education.
- Use research and innovation to continuously develop standards/processes/tools.
- Lead or/and Co-lead implementation of initiatives and deliveries together with the organization locally as well as across the whole of H&M Group.
- Follow-up on effects to take strategic and operational actions accordingly.
- Rather than being a central head office function, the CoEs will form, across H&M Group, a network of competencies and capabilities with colleagues participating from all over the world to actively collaborate with all the expertise within H&M Group to develop holistic solutions.
